City of Casey Council Information

 

The City of Casey is the local council for Cranbourne and The Hunt Club. 

The council provides diverse range services such as rubbish collection, animal registration, street cleaning and parking.  Other public services provided by council include:

  • Public libraries
  • Toy libraries
  • Grants to support local groups
  • Numerous Community Centres and sporting venues and grounds to use or hire
  • Youth services such as recreation activities and employment support

  • Aged Care services with a number of facilities operating in the local area. The Council also operates a positive ageing programme
  • Disability services such as assistance to stay in the home and Meals-On-Wheels
  • Maternal and child health. The City of Casey is home to Australia's largest Family Day Care scheme and Australia's largest Maternal and Child Health programme.
  • Men's health - the City of Casey was the first council to appoint a Men's Needs Programme Officer to look at the specific needs of men in the community
  • Support services for disadvantaged persons
  • Community events so residents can meet their neighbours and feel more connected to the community as a whole and much more 

The closest council office to The Hunt Club is the Cranbourne customer service centre. The centre is located at Centro Cranbourne (opposite the Post Office, near the High St entrance)
