Not just a residential estate, but a great place to call home

One of the key features that residents love about The Hunt Club is the strong sense of community they feel. This is because we are doing everything we can to create a land estate that enjoys strong links to the broader community though the establishment of several long-term partnerships with a number of not-for-profit and charitable organisations.

A key community initative is the annual The Hunt Club Community Fund. Grants of $500 or $1000 are donated to eligible local not-for-profit groups which are successful in their application for funding. Over the past decade, in excess of $135,000 has been distributed through The Hunt Club Community Fund to assist a wide range of very worthy activities and projects in the local area.

The Hunt Club has an active Residents Association which organises public events such as the annual Christmas Party - a great afternoon in the park to come out and just enjoy the good life on offer at The Hunt Club. The festive season is also demonstrated with an annual Christmas Lights competition with residents decorating their homes with spectacular lighting displays for everyone to enjoy.

Cranbourne is home to a wide array of local community groups covering service groups, emergency services, sport and charities and everything in between.  Each one of these groups makes a valuable contribution to the broader community and many have been assisted over the years through grants from the annual The Hunt Club Community Fund ensuring close connections between the estate and the Cranbourne community.

The City of Casey is the local council for The Hunt Club.  The Council offers an extremely broad range of services as well as managing several of the public facilities in Cranbourne such as the nearby Casey Fields and the libraries.

When you purchase land at The Hunt Club, you can be confident that you are buying in a premier multi-award winning estate in which families will be proud to call home for many years to come and with close relationships to the greater Cranbourne community.

The Hunt Club has been fully planned so that people have a chance to slow-down, meet and talk with fellow residents. Residents can walk or ride along the many pathways or through the quiet streets to visit friends and neighbours, or enjoy one of the many parks and open spaces throughout The Hunt Club.  Facilities such as the school and the neighbourhood shopping centre will also be easily accessible on foot or by bike by residents.
